Our goal at Creekside Place is to provide quality living in a beautiful setting. We are a licensed AFC home where the wellness, safety and happiness of our residents is our top priority. We take pride in our commitment to our residents and their families.
Our staff is extensively trained and experienced in specialized medical care and personal and individualized care.
Our Vision
We are one-of-a-kind group home where our residents are not just living with their disabilities but are improving in their motor and cognitive functioning, engaging in meaningful therapeutic activities and leading fulfilling lives.
We are the only AFC home in Michigan that offers Interactive Metronome (IM) - an evidence based tool that helps clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Ds, Traumatic Brain Injury, MS and other neurological disorders.
We offer this training to our residents with an IM-certified provider at no additional cost.
